Welcome to Ontario's only fully licensed mobile bar trailer!
That's right, Wine Wagon is the only mobile bar trailer that is fully licensed under the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Corporation of Ontario). What does this mean for you? It mean's greater choice in how we can support your vision for your event - including the ease of having someone else purchase and transport the alcohol (who doesn't love it when things are easier??) and options for a cash bar (cha-ching!)
Wine Wagon Mobile Bar is complete with everything a typical bar has – with the added bonus of wheels, which means we can come to you! We do weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, pop-ups and more. We just need a flat piece of land to park and we are good to go.

PACKAGES & PRICING
Our base price is determined by how many hours your event will be. Every event includes our beautiful mobile bar trailer, one or two certified bartenders, recyclable cups, beverage napkins, a water station, ice, ambient trailer lighting, and 50 kms of travel. The base price does not include alcohol.
Want to step up your event game? Our custom cocktails and big batch cocktails are a great option. Each custom cocktail includes recyclable glassware, all mixes and garnishes, and our oh-so-talented bartenders’ skill to make them just right, every time. You provide the booze, we provide everything else!
Need us to supply the alcohol? Can do!
As the only licensed mobile bar trailer in Ontario we have the unique ability to be able to provide a full service bar and take the stress of planning, purchasing, and transporting the alcohol off your hands.
STEP 1
DURATION
Each package is tailored to your needs. We start by determining how many hours your event will be and how many guests will be in attendance.
3 hours (our minimum) $950
Each additional hour $150

MAKE IT SNAZZY
Next we add on some personalized options. Simple wine and beer service? Looking to add some non-alcoholic options, fabulous custom cocktails, or maybe a mimosa station? Let us design a package that suits your vision.
